Car Servicing
No matter how old or young your car is, it will need regular services to keep it running in tip top condition; by using the very latest in engine diagnostics equipment we can accurately detect and repair current and future problems that occur on your car. Not only does this increase the cars performance but it will in the long run reduce cost and the time your car would normally spend off the road. Free local collection and delivery service within a five mile radius.
Which Service is right for you?
Interim 6 month service
Designed for high mileage users or cars where the manufacturer recommends more frequent checks. We offer a ‘check up’ for your car to alleviate any future inconvenience. We ensure a wide range of essential checks are undertaken including oil and filter change.
Full - 12 month vehicle service
A full and comprehensive annual service that provides each of our customers with peace of mind and trouble free motoring. We only ever use original equipment and high quality lubricants and solutions. We also cover all the essential maintenance your car needs to keep it in tip top condition. We will make recommendations for parts that need regularly replacing usually every 2 years.
Generally newer cars will only need a service once a year unless of course, they incur very high mileage or for cars that do lots of short journeys and the engine does not have long enough to warm up properly then more oil and filter changes will be required.
General Car Repair
Although we are fully trained Porsche and Volkswagen Audi Group trained and experienced technicians, we are more than capable of servicing and repairing all other makes and models of vehicle including light commercial. We utilise the latest VAG-com and Snap-on diagnostic equipment to enable us to quickly identify and correct problems with engine management and setup.

MOT Testing
Lodge Service Station has a dedicated MOT bay and a safe area with refreshments for you to wait in whilst your vehicle is being tested, alternatively you are welcome to drop off your vehicle and collect later. The MOT scheme is a vehicle road safety test designed to ensure that vehicles more than 3 years old are properly maintained and legally safe to be driven on public highways; in the 1990’s the test developed significantly to include emissions testing for vehicles with catalytic converters fitted.
We currently charge £45.00 for an MOT test. If the vehicle fails the test and vehicle is left with us for repair, we do not charge a re-test fee. If however, the vehicle fails on any of the minor items listed below and is brought back to us for repair by the end of the next working day, again there will be no re-test fee.
We have a waiting area with refreshments whilst your vehicle is being MOT’d. Free local collection and delivery service is available within a five mile radius please contact us for further details.
