The new year has seen a sharp rise in VAG-Com diagnostics requests, to cope with this rise in demand we have invested in more VAG-Com equipment.

Our new computerised system is now up and running, this enables us to contact customers by email, text or phone to send reminders or to alert them that their car is ready, the system also tracks the progress of work in the workshop giving us accurate estimates of job time completion and status.
Independent Garage or Main Dealer?
Due to Block Exemption Regulations (BER) a car owner is free to choose who services their car; therefore we are able to offer the high standards and quality services that you would expect from main dealers but at a greatly reduced cost and with that all important personal touch that our customers have to come to expect.
‘In 2003 the EU introduced a ruling that enabled owners to have their vehicles serviced by independent garages, as opposed to only franchised dealerships, without invalidating the manufacturer’s warranty.’
The old arrangement was judged to represent 'an unjustified restriction for the customer'. Independent garages like ours can now service vehicles without invalidating the manufacturers warranty provided that:
• The service is done in accordance with the manufacturer’s service schedules and is recorded as such.
• The parts used are of an appropriate quality and are recorded as such.
